Tips of the day

DEEP BREATHING-be aware of your breath.  Most people breath from the chest and not the core.  MEDITATION-stilling the mind, sit where you will not be disturbed or you could do walking meditation as well, close the eyes, focusing at the point between the eyebrows - the 3rd eye, let the breath be normal and use the breath as your focus, inhale, exhale, focus on each of these movements.  If you have thoughts enter your mind, which everyone does, go back to the breath.  Everyone needs there quiet time, force it on yourself and your family, it is essential in this life.  Take the time to connect with the Infinite and ground yourself.
